Today we have found maybe the solution and answer for google +1 counter problem.
Log into https://plus.google.com/ , then go to https://www.google.com/settings/ . Click on Edit link for “Google +1 (+1 on non-Google sites)” and you can find these two options.
1. Enable – Allow Google to use my +1′s and other profile information to personalize content and ads on non-Google websites. On those sites, I may see +1 recommendations from people I know, and my +1 recommendations may be shown to others.
2.Disable – Do not allow Google to use my +1′s and other profile information to personalize content and ads on non-Google websites. On those sites, I will not see +1 recommendations from people I know, and my +1 recommendations will not be shown to others.
For all us this option is set “Disable/Off” by default.
We think this is the problem that users have found +1 button counter decreased on their websites.
